Jimmy P. Lee, CPA - Managing Partner
Jimmy P. Lee, CPA, started his entrepreneurial venture while he was in college where he launched and operated an e-commerce retailer as a sole proprietor. Upon obtaining his Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Albany in New York, he pursued his career as an accountant and auditor. From here on, Mr. Lee practiced in a public accounting firm doing financial accounting, taxation and auditing.
Since 2008, he has been involved in various private business entities in China where he has led many audit and advisory projects for private placement and IPO listing on the US Stock Exchange such as Nasdaq, NYSE Amex, OTCQB, etc.
He has more than multiple years of experience in public accounting, serving domestic and international publicly traded and privately held clients, ranging from development stage companies to mature enterprises, representing manufacturing, construction, services, and trading industries. In addition, he is also proficient in US tax reporting and planning.
Mr. Lee combines his skill in bridging cultural gaps with practical, business-oriented advice to help clients to reach their objectives.

Christina Chang, CPA - Partner
Christina Chang, CPA graduated from St. Johns University in New York with a Bachelor in Accounting, Master in Accounting, and Master in Taxation. She has years of experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements for private and public companies, real estate companies, and service, entertainment, and hospitality organizations, as well as PCAOB auditing for financial institutions and private and public companies of all sizes. In addition to proficiency in auditing, Ms. Chang also has extensive accounting practice experience, proficient in personal, corporate taxation, company formation, especially domestic and international banking, immigration real estate taxation and high-income provincial tax planning. She has a diverse professional background and has worked on tax planning, tax returns, and corporate trading transactions for listed companies, non-listed companies, limited liability companies and trusts.
Teck Chuan "TC" Yeo, Chartered Accountant - Partner
TC joined the SBA Stone Forest in August 2018 as a Partner of China Consultancy Practice. His professional experience includes providing advisory services to public companies listed on the China Exchange, subsidiaries of multinational corporations listed overseas, and growing and emerging companies. Some of TC's experience including 27 years with Price Waterhouse, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte where he performed statutory audits, overseas IPO audits, private equity special works, reporting accountant (of companies listed in Hong Kong, Korea, Germany, Singapore and USA), audit of China Subsidiaries in accordance with China Accounting Standards, IFRS or US GAAP, performed M&A financial due diligence (including overseas acquisitions) and four years as financial service director for a Multinationals overseeing the south and south east Asia region.
TC is proficient in both English and Mandarin. He oversees the consultancy and advisory for the firm, which focuses on helping Singapore and other foreign companies to expand into China, as well as China-based companies to establish a presence in Singapore and ASEAN region.
TC was an audit partner with a Big 4 accounting firm in Shanghai from 2007 to 2015. During this period, he was an engagement partner for companies listed in Nasdaq. He was also the partner in charge of material subsidiaries of US listed companies in China. From 2015 to present, TC and his key members of his previous firm perform audits engagements for cross listing companies.
Mars Yu, UK ACCA - Partner
Mars proficient in English and Chinese, is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK. He has over 12 years of audit, internal audit, risk management and advisory experiences in Singapore and China. Mars also involved companies in preparing for IPO in United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, Taiwan and South Korea under IFRS or US GAAP. This includes preliminary assessment of the company’s readiness, acting as an adviser by guiding the company to listing or as a reporting accountant.
